4.3 Changes to Bonus Terms

5 VIP Program
The jaya99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.
VIP tier promotions are based on regular and active participation on the platform. Specific turnover thresholds are not published — evaluation is based on overall activity. jaya99 reserves the right to add to or change VIP benefits at any time.
6 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the jaya99 platform:
- Using the site for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

- Attempting to access another user's account.
